This Portable Projector Looks Perfect for Summer Movie Nights

A lot of projectors sound fun right up until you remember that most of them are either too annoying to set up, too dim to bother with, or too bulky to feel worth bringing anywhere.

The Anker Nebula P1i looks a lot more promising than that.

This feels like the kind of projector that actually makes sense for summer movie nights, whether that means a backyard wall, a cabin weekend, or a casual travel setup where you want something bigger than a laptop screen without building a whole production around it.

The specs are strong for this kind of use:

That last part is a big reason this one stands out. A portable projector is only fun if it is easy to aim, easy to hear, and easy to live with. The P1i at least looks like it was built around that idea.

I also like that this is not pretending to be some tiny emergency projector that only works if your expectations are low. It looks much more like a real movie-night gadget, just in a package that is easier to move around than a normal home projector.
