This Bose 4th of July Sale Still Has Two Travel-Audio Deals Worth Buying

Quick Take

  • The two Bose deals that make the most sense for travelers are the QuietComfort Headphones and the SoundLink Flex.
  • One is the flight pick and one is the throw-in-your-bag summer speaker pick.

The SoundLink Flex is the easier Bose summer travel pick if you want something small, waterproof, and easy to toss in a bag.

Prime Day is over, but this lingering Bose sale is still one of the cleaner travel-audio deals worth checking.

The flight pick is easy. Amazon had the Bose QuietComfort Headphones at $179 at the time of writing, versus $359 in Tom's Guide's June 30 sale roundup. If you want Bose noise canceling for flights without paying up for the Ultra model, that is the one I would start with.

The cheaper and more versatile pick is the Bose SoundLink Flex (2nd Gen), which Amazon had at $99 at the time of writing. That is the better buy if you want something for road trips, campsites, hotel patios, beach days, or just a compact speaker that is easy to throw in a bag.

I would not treat this as a generic "shop Bose" event. For TrekSavvy readers, those are the two deals that make the most practical sense if the prices are still live when you check.
