Olight's Ark lineup is confusing.
That starts with the Arkfeld Ultra, because it sounds like the obvious top model if you are skimming names, but it is really a different branch from the ArkPro lights.
That matters because the ArkPro Lite, ArkPro, and ArkPro Ultra all support USB-C charging. The Arkfeld Ultra does not. It uses Olight's magnetic charger instead, which is the big reason it is not my default pick even though it is still a good light.
If you want the short answer, buy the ArkPro Lite.
It is the best Ark light for most people because it keeps the Ark line's real strengths, strong brightness, a beefy battery, tough construction, and a genuinely useful magnet, without making the lineup's tradeoffs harder than they need to be.

Arkfeld Ultra
This is the one people are most likely to misunderstand first. The Arkfeld Ultra sounds like it should be the obvious top pick, but it is really a different branch of the lineup.
It offers white light, UV, and green beam with a durable body and strong output, and I get why people like it. The catch is still charging. It does not use USB-C. It uses Olight's magnetic charging cable only, which is a real downside in 2026 if you are trying to keep your travel or everyday kit simple.
ArkPro Lite
This is still the one I would actually buy first. It gives you up to 1200 lumens, white light, red light, UV light, USB-C charging, magnetic charging, and the strong magnetic base. It is the cleanest value play in the lineup.
The red light is a big part of why. For outdoor use, I would rather have a red light than a laser pointer. It is more useful around camp, attracts fewer bugs, and helps you keep your night vision.
ArkPro
The ArkPro steps up to 1500 lumens and adds a spotlight plus a green beam alongside the white light and UV light. If you know you want the extra beam options, it makes sense. For most people though, the Lite is still the better buy.
ArkPro Ultra
The ArkPro Ultra goes even harder with 1700 lumens, the same broad multi-light approach, tougher O-aluminum construction, and USB-C plus magnetic charging. It is the premium ArkPro, and also the one most likely to make you pay for features you will rarely use.
Bottom line: The whole Ark series has real strengths, especially brightness, battery, rugged build quality, and that strong magnet. But the ArkPro Lite is the best one for most people because it keeps USB-C, stays cheaper, and gives you a genuinely useful red light instead of the Arkfeld Ultra's charging headache.
