Philips OneBlade 360 with Connectivity Review, the Best OneBlade for Travel Yet

Philips makes this category way more confusing than it should be. The different OneBlade versions are genuinely maddening to distinguish, because the names blur together and the product lineup does not make it obvious which one is actually best for travel.

That is why the model number matters here. The Philips OneBlade 360 with Connectivity QP4530/90 is the one to pay attention to.

After trying the slimmer body style and comparing it against the older regular OneBlade versions and the OneBlade Intimate, this is the first OneBlade that really feels like the best travel pick yet.

Why this one stands out

The big win is that it finally lands in the middle in the right way.

The older regular OneBlade versions are popular for a reason, they have the power, but in our experience they are also honestly kind of bulky. They work fine at home, but they have always felt a little clumsy for travel compared to what this category should be.

Our previous favorite for travel was the OneBlade Intimate. That one would get the job done, and the smaller shape made it easier to justify in a dopp kit. The tradeoff was power. The Intimate ran at around 6,000 cuts per minute, which was fine, but it never felt like the regular versions.

This QP4530/90 closes that gap in a way the lineup really needed. It gives you the more travel-friendly form factor, but with 12,000 cuts per minute, which feels much closer to the stronger regular OneBlade experience.

That is the whole reason this version matters.

The best OneBlade for travel yet

For travel, the numbers here line up unusually well.

It charges to full in 60 minutes and gives you 60 minutes of battery life. For most people, that is easily 30+ shaves before you need to think about charging it again. That is the kind of runtime that makes a travel trimmer feel low-maintenance instead of just technically rechargeable.

More importantly, it does not feel like you are making the usual travel compromise. A lot of travel-friendly grooming gear gets smaller by also getting weaker. This one feels like Philips finally got closer to the right balance.

If you already liked the idea of the OneBlade Intimate but wished it had more power, this is the version that makes the most sense.

The annoying Philips problem

It is worth saying again, because it is part of the buying decision: Philips has made the OneBlade lineup way harder to shop than it should be.

There are too many versions that sound nearly identical, too many bundles, and not enough clarity around which ones are meaningfully different. So if you are trying to buy the right one, I would not trust the branding alone. I would look for the exact model number: QP4530/90.

That is the one that feels like the travel sweet spot.

One thing you should buy with it

Regardless of which OneBlade you buy, you will probably want to pair it with a USB-C adapter.

That is still one of the most annoying things about this whole category. The trimmer itself makes sense for travel, but the charging situation is still not as clean as it should be in 2026. A tiny USB-C adapter fixes that and makes it much easier to keep this in the same setup as the rest of your travel tech.
